The on sale date for home ticket applications will be brought forward by TWO weeks for the benefit of Regional Members’ Clubs to make block bookings before tickets are made available to Members. No further ticket requests will be dealt with from Regional Members’ Clubs after the submission of the group application and any individuals wishing to purchase tickets thereafter must apply via the normal channels. From these on sale dates, you will then be able to calculate when your two weeks priority period will commence. Rules of booking Tickets All home & Away tickets purchased through the branch must be paid for within 7 days of placing the order. This ruling is strictly enforced and members who do not abide by the rule will not be eligible to purchase tickets through the branch. Ticket requests must only be sent to the branch secretary only. This will ensure that mistakes on purchasing do not happen. To purchase away tickets you must be a member of Leeds United membership scheme Away Phases and Deadline Re: Away Ticket Policy 2010/11 I would like to take this opportunity to confirm the application method when applying for tickets for away games for the forthcoming campaign.
‘Loyalty Games’ We will continue to operate a loyalty scheme for away games for the coming 2010/11 season. Any games with a low allocation will be allocated on a loyalty basis. At this stage, no away games have been designated as ‘Loyalty’ fixtures as we are still awaiting final confirmation of ticket allocations. Any games designated as ‘Loyalty’ will not be included within the phased applications. Tickets for ‘Loyalty’ games will be allocated to those fans who have attended the most games or any fan who applied for tickets within 5 days of the advertised date of each phase but who is unsuccessful in gaining a ticket due to demand. Approximately 5 weeks before the fixture, Ticket Services will make an announcement via www.leedsunited.com confirming how to apply and all details including the number of away games that fans must have attended in order to qualify to apply for a ticket for a ‘Loyalty Game’. Please note: Loyalty applications will only be processed based on the number of away games attended NOT by the time and date the application was submitted. If an application consists of Season Ticket holders/Members that have not all attended the same number of away games, then the application will be placed on file as the lowest number of games attended. Phase Details Applications will be continue to be accepted on a phased basis: PHASE 2 Applications accepted from 6th September 2010 at 10am: Middlesbrough, Scunthorpe United, Coventry City, Norwich City, Reading, Burnley PHASE 3 Applications accepted from 15th November at 10am: Leicester City, Cardiff City, Portsmouth, Hull City, Bristol City, Swansea City PHASE 4 Applications accepted from 24th January 2011 at 10am: Preston North End, Sheffield United, Millwall, Derby County, Crystal Palace, Queens Park Rangers Any applications received before the advertised dates and time will be void. The deadline to qualify for the loyalty scheme if unsuccessful is 23rd July 2010 for Phase 1, 10th September 2010 for Phase 2, 19th November 2010 for Phase 3 and 28th January 2011 for Phase 4. Leeds United reserve the right to amend on sale dates or change the selling procedure for any fixture. Dates of fixtures and kick off times are subject to change. Allocation of tickets Our existing policy has been reviewed. After deducting the allocation of tickets for away season ticket holders, 80% of the remaining tickets will be reserved for home season ticket holders and 20% for Club Members. Please note it is strictly one ticket per season ticket holder/member.
Travel 
can be paid for on the day. Any member who books travel and wishes to cancel? Must inform the committee within 7 days of the travel date. If this rule is not adhered too, the member will have to pay the travel costs if the committee can not resell the seat/s. The committee will try our best to fulfill the obligation. Prices for travel for the 2010/11 season will be set by members at the AGM. Once finalised we will publish the costs below Travel Costs Members Non Members Remember to travel to away games you must be a member of Leeds United membership scheme. If you are not a member it will be near impossible to purchase a ticket due to the high demand for the final.
